Tractor Supply COI FAQ

What is the CG 20 15 endorsement Tractor Supply requires?

CG 20 15 is the standard ISO Additional Insured — Vendors endorsement. It extends additional insured status to TSCO only for liability arising out of the products you sell to TSCO. TSCO specifically requires this form (or equivalent) — generic blanket AI endorsements may not be accepted.

Does my Tractor Supply COI need a worldwide coverage territory?

Only if your insurance is issued outside the US or Canada, or to non-US companies. In that case, your policy must include the United States within the coverage territory and respond to claims filed in US dollars. This must be reflected in the Description of Operations on the certificate.

What is severability of interests?

A severability of interests clause means each insured under the policy has separate coverage as if they were the only insured. This protects TSCO from being penalized for actions of other insureds. TSCO requires this clause on all CGL policies.

Where do I submit my Tractor Supply COI?

Submit to Vendor Master Data at Tractor Supply Company, 5401 Virginia Way, Brentwood, TN 37027. Tractor Supply uses internal systems for vendor compliance — confirm submission method with your TSCO vendor representative.

Does Tractor Supply require Workers Comp?

Workers Compensation is required if your team is ever on TSCO premises. For online-only vendors who never visit TSCO facilities, WC may not apply but your underwriter may still require it.

Does Tractor Supply require waiver of subrogation?

Yes. Your CGL must include a waiver of subrogation in favor of Tractor Supply Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors & assigns. The waiver applies to your negligence and obligations under the Vendor Agreement.

Does Tractor Supply accept claims-made or occurrence?

Tractor Supply prefers occurrence-basis policies. Claims-made is accepted with proper retroactive date and tail coverage. Pet food, agricultural, and animal feed vendors should especially confirm policy basis with TSCO before binding.

How much does Tractor Supply-compliant insurance cost?

$100 to $500 per month for typical retail / consumer product vendors. Chemicals, agricultural products, mechanical items: $400 to $1,500+ per month due to product liability exposure.
