Contest Details

How to earn points: Each referral submitted Ashlin Hadden Insurance is equal to one entry into the drawing. Multiple referrals are equal to multiple contest entries at a 1 to 1, referral to entry, ratio.

Eligibility: Employees of Ashlin Hadden Insurance and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings) are not eligible for the drawing. The contest is open to persons 21 years of age or older.

Legal

Prize Center Drawings and Notifications: Ashlin Hadden Insurance will hold a drawing on December 31st each year.  The winner will be determined by a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email or phone. Winners will be contacted by a representative of Ashlin Hadden Insurance within 24 hours of the drawing. The value of the pre-configured prize items will include shipping and handling. The contest prize has no cash value.

General Conditions: All national, state and local laws/regulations are applicable. All taxes (including income taxes) are the sole responsibility of winners. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this drawing in any way will be ineligible for prizes and be disqualified from future contests.
